Return Policy

Once you receive your order if you find any issues with your order please email us at theprizecollection20@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. All orders must be returned to shipper within 10 days of receiving in order for the customer to be refunded. 

Returns are accepted on items received within 10 days of the original ship date. All returns are accepted on products that are in the original condition. Products that have been worn, washed or damaged will not be subjected to a refund. 

Shipping  

All orders will be shipped 2-4 days after purchase date.

Customers will receive their merchandise 3-5 days once shipped. 

Merchant is not responsible for items lost and/or stolen items once shipped. 

Please refer to the tracking number for shipping updates provided by the Merchant once your order has been shipped.
